Organized on May 25,1993, primarily established to cater to the automotive repair and maintenance of its  sister company,  Bel-Air  Transit Services Corporation and other outside  clients. On February 1,2005; Bel-Air Service Center Corporation underwent corporate reorganization and changed its primary business to bus rental.
